Offix is a marketplace that connects clients with service providers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, company name, profile photo.
- Verification (KYC) documents: service providers upload identity and business documents so we can verify them. Used for that purpose only.
- Location: precise location while the app is in use, to find nearby services and track an order. We do not collect location in the background.
- Camera and photo library: to upload service images and verification documents, only with your permission and at your request.
- Microphone: for in-app voice support calls.
- Call recordings: voice support calls are recorded for quality and dispute resolution. A clear notice is shown before and during the call. Kept for 180 days, then deleted.
- Order and transaction data: order details, amounts, invoices and payment methods.
- Device data: device model, operating system, notification token and IP address.
- Biometrics: your fingerprint or face is used on your device to secure sign-in. This data never reaches our servers.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you and deliver the service, to meet legal and accounting obligations, to prevent fraud and protect the platform, and on the basis of your consent for sensitive permissions such as location, camera and microphone.Third parties
- Stripe processes payments. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Firebase (Google) delivers push notifications.
- Google Maps displays and selects locations.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
