Delete your Offix account
This is the official page to request deletion of your account and data in the Offix app. No app install and no sign-in required.

What will be permanently deleted
- Name, email, phone, company name and profile photo
- Saved addresses
- Uploaded verification (KYC) documents
- Saved payment methods
- Support conversations and messages
- Registered devices and notification settings
What we keep, and why
- Invoices and financial records — accounting and legal obligation, kept for 7 years then anonymised
- Support call recordings — kept for 180 days then deleted
- Security audit logs — kept anonymised and no longer linked to you
When deletion cannot start immediately
- An order is still in progress
- An open dispute exists
- A pending balance or unpaid penalty exists
In these cases we contact you to settle them first, then the deletion continues.
How requests are handled
- We email you a confirmation link — follow it to complete the request
- We review the request within 30 days at most
- After approval a 7-day window starts during which you can cancel
- Then the account and data are permanently deleted and we email you
